I'm currently a Business Analyst, Cancer System Intelligence at BC Cancer (PHSA) (Jan 2026 - Present), where I'm owning the delivery plan for 20+ provincial cancer-surveillance indicators across 27 cancer groups and 6 health authorities. My day-to-day is shipping R pipelines and Power BI (Deneb) dashboards that turn surveillance data into decisions.
Previously, I was a Senior Analyst in the Clinical Analytics Network at PHSA (promoted from Co-op Data Analyst), where I led pediatric oncology analytics at BC Children's Hospital.
My focus is healthcare and operational analytics — turning messy clinical and operational data into decisions clinicians and leaders trust. The pattern across my work: dimensional modeling that holds up to audit, dashboards that answer a real operational question (not just display numbers), and pipelines that earn the trust of people downstream of the data. Currently going deeper on Azure, Power BI semantic modeling, and ELT optimization at provincial scale.
